This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20160127- 16 dated 27^th January, 2016 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by The President of India acting through and represented by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India (the "Promoter”) through Stock Exchange Mechanism for selling 3,36,93,660 equity shares of ENGINEERS INDIA Ltd of face value of  Rs. 5/-.

The Promoter (“Seller”) has informed the Exchange that the Floor Price for OFS shall be Rs. 189/- (Rupees One Hundred and Eighty nine Only) per share.

Market participants are further requested to note that the Exchange would disseminate the floor price for this Offer for Sale on BSE Website – www.bseindia.com.
